Guild of St. Francis

Guild of St. Francis members are the gardeners of Emmanuel. They create and maintain the gardens of the church, the first one being the Garden of St. Francis, where his statue stands.

The Guild has a nucleus group that organizes work days and plant sales. Some members work in the gardens whenever they have spare time throughout the year. Many Emmanuelites have supported these activities with their gifts of labor and donations of plants and baked goods for sales events. Memorials have provided additional funds for the development of the gardens.

Have a green thumb? Volunteer to work a little or a lot. If interested call the Church office 543-1294 and leave a message, or contact one of the ministry leaders.
