Foyers

The French word foyer means a hearth or fireside, suggesting a small group, relaxed and open to one another. Groups of eight to ten people are formed, and meet in members' homes, in restaurants, or other settings four to five times between September and May for a simple meal and relaxed conversation. This group tends to be geared toward adults; individual groups can decide whether  or not to include children depending on space and safety. Foyers is an excellent way to get to know fellow parishioners who may have been just names or faces in the congregation. Foyers regroups once a year in September.
