“Well done, thy good and faithful servant....”
To recognize a faithful servant minister who has served and supported the Parish over many years and has demonstrably lived a Christian life in fulfillment of the baptismal covenant, the Vestry created a Faithful Servant Award. Each year, the Vestry, upon the advice of this committee, may vote to recognize a member (or perhaps a married couple) from the parish for years of faithful service to the Parish. In 2009, the very first Faithful Servant Award was given to Eileen Sisley for devotion to Emmanuel over at least 6 decades of service.
